vegies wrapped in pastry

Ingredients

  • onion

  • garlic

  • grated carrot,zucchini

  • 1/2 a chilli if you like ...hot

  • grated cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup cheese

  • puff pasrty sheets

  • you can use left over vegetable as well

Method

  • 1.

    Fry onion and garlic....chilli if adding

  • 2.

    Put grated vegies in a bowl

  • 3.

    Mix with egg and cheese.

  • 4.

    Mix

  • 5.

    Cut pastry sheet into 1/4's and add a spoonful of vegetable mix

  • 6.

    Fold corners together to make a little parcel

  • 7.

    Cook in oven 150 for 20 min or untill brown.

  • 8.

    Beautiful with salad

  • 9.

    Also great dipping into sweet chilli sauce for a snack

Notes

Any vegie combination is great.eg cauliflower and cheese
carrot and cheese (my kids favourite) Sometimes i laso put a touch of green curry past in with the onion and garlic fry.
