Crush biscuits finely; mix with butter.
Press evenly over a base only of a springform pan or pie plate.
Refrigerate while making filling.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Sprinkle gelatine over hot water, mix thoroughly and let cool.
Add to cream cheese mixture and beat well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place half the mixture over chocolate biscuit base. Refrigerate.
Mix remaining half of cream mixture with Bailey's and cocoa.
Spoon carefully over white layer and refrigerate until set.
You can let your hair down with decorations.
Strawberries; raspberries and whipped cream; dark chocolate leaves.
