Soft centred moist cookie with a touch of chocolate
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg and blend well
Add vanilla and melted chocolate
Sift flour, salt and soda.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 180C for 12 -15 minutes
Frost cookies when warm
