Low Fat, High in Fibre, Complex Carbs & Essential Fats! An all round WINNER

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice of Wholemeal Grain Burgen Bread (Toasted)

  • 1 Poached Egg

  • Low Fat Cottage Cheese

  • SlicedTomato

  • Baby Spinach

  • Mushrooms

  • Avocado

Method

  • 1.

    Poach the egg & dry fry the mushrooms

  • 2.

    Toast the Burgen Bread

  • 3.

    Spread Avocado on toast followed by the Cottage Cheese (lightly)

  • 4.

    Add sliced tomato & baby spinach and top off with the soft poached egg

  • 5.

    Season to taste and add mushroom on the side

  • 6.

    EAT UP!

Notes

Best enjoyed with a latte!! (skinny of course)
