These are great to have as a side dish
Grate potatoes and onion.
Add these ingredients to the dry ingredients and egg. Mix until a batter.
Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot drop 1 talbepoon of mixture into the oil.
Fry until one side is golden brown and then turn over and fry the other side till golden brown.
Place on brown paper to absorb excess oil and place in the oven on a low temperature until you have cooked all the mixture.
You usually cook around 12 - 16
