A delicious healthy-ish snack that goes well with drinks (alcohol and soft)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1/3 cup of popcorn

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground chili flakes

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1/3 cup parmesean (or pecorino) cheese

Method

  • 1.

    Pop corn in heavy saucepan over medium heat

  • 2.

    Put in semi-flat bowl

  • 3.

    Sprinkle salt and chili over

  • 4.

    Pour butter evenly over popcorn

  • 5.

    Add cheese and toss gently
