This has to be the most devine bread ever invented and is SO easy!
Every time you cook this it will come out differently pending on what Ingrediants you have on hand.
Can serve six(6) ppl as a main or Ten(10) ppl as a main.


  • 6 Eggs

  • 1 onion

  • 6 Tablespoons self raising Flour

  • 1 cup tasty cheese( grated)

  • 1/4 cup Sun Dreid Tomatoes

  • 1 cup Pasley

  • 1 Tablespoon of Brushtail Bushfoods Mountain Peppercorns(If available)You can use normal freshly cracked pepper.

  • 1 Teaspoon Brushtail Bushfoods Lemon Myrtle( If available)(or Lemon Thyme)

  • 1/4 cup Milk

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 6 Rashes Crispy Bacon

  • 1/4-1/2 Cups Riccotta Cheese

  • 1/2 cup Basil (Finely chopped)

  • 25gm of Butter and a extra Splash of Olive Oil for cooking


  • 1.

    Finely chop Bacon Basil and sundried tomatoes. Starting with Dry Ingredients, mix all, then add everything together well.

  • 2.

    Prepare a deep oven proof frying pan with a little Butter and a good dash of Olive oil.

  • 3.

    Place mixture into the pan and sprinkle Cracked Mountain Pepper(or normal cracked peper) over the top.

  • 4.

    Cover and cook on stove at MED heat until mixture is set.

  • 5.

    Test with a skewer. If skewer comes out clean it is ready(approx-30-40mins)

  • 6.

    Place under a grill until the top is a beautiful rich golden brown in colour.

Other alternative ingredients are adding Corn Kernals, Mushrooms, Roasted Capsicum, Aspargus. Ham or Chicken can be used instead of Bacon.Or leave out for a vegetarian dish.
