rissoles using pork and veal mince in lieu of beef mince my clever wife made this up her self


  • 500g pork mince

  • 500g veal mince

  • 2 mediums onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh or dry breadcrumbs

  • garlic at least 4 cloves

  • fresh ginger to taste

  • 1 carrot & 1 zuccini grated

  • massel stock powder 1 tablespoon

  • 3 tablespoons teryaki sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 3 good slurps of fish sauce

  • little bit of basil or lemon thyme

  • mix this all together well and form rissoles or meat balls fried gently in a non stick pan and add what ever sauce u like yum
