Light salad for those hot summer days.


  • Ingredients

  • ½ Wombok (Chinese cabbage) finely sliced

  • ¼ Red Capsicum finely chopped

  • ¼ Yellow Capsicum finely chopped

  • 1 Med Carrot shredded

  • 10 Baby Spinach leaves (optional)

  • 3 Shallots Chopped

  • Dressing

  • 2 Tablespoons Ketjap Manis (sweet soy sauce)

  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar

  • Place in a jar and shake.

    Toss all the above ingredients in a large bowl

    Drizzle dressing over top and serve
