This is a very simple breakfast, brunch snack. sweet brioche bread great quality raspberry jam and mascarpone cheese.
Whisk egg, milk and cream together to combine.
Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Spread one slice of bread with raspberry jam and the other with mascarpone.
Put together dip into egg wash and place onto a buttered grill.
Cook until both sides are golden. Slice and serve with a dusting of icing sugar and fresh berries
