This is a beautiful easy dessert which has an unusually light consistency but is not as heavy as a mousse. I serve it sometimes in individual bowls with chocolate dipped strawberries on top and piped cream.
Mix all ingredients except milk in a small saucepan until dissolved. Take off heat and stir in milk. Pour into a decorative bowl and put in fridge to set (better to make the day before and leave overnight in the fridge to make sure it is set properly).
Garnish with piped whipped cream and fruit of your choice or shavings of chocolate on top of the cream.
