Quick easy pizza using pita bread base and ingredients already in the pantry and fridge.


  • Pkt pita bread, small ones each or large to slice

  • Tomato paste or spaghetti sauce or pesto

  • Meat-fridge cooked leftovers/ham/sausage/cabana

  • Cheese grated

  • extras

  • onion, garlic,dried tomato's,

  • Mums extras

  • avocado and sour cream

  • salad leaves

  • cherry tomatos


  • 1.

    Spread each pita with paste or sauce

  • 2.

    Cover each with grated cheese

  • 3.

    Place all other ingredients each individual wants on their pizza

  • 4.

    Put on baking trays in hot oven

  • 5.

    Check after 10 min, they cook quickly so keep an eye on them

  • 6.

    Take out of oven and add if desired salad leaves and cherry tomato's

  • 7.

    Or mums favorite avocado and sour cream
