Very tasty and tender Lamb in a flavoursome sauce
1* Heat oil in a large heavy based pan over medium heat.
Add lamb in a few portions and cook until brown all over,then move to one side
Of pan.Add onion,cardamon,cumin,cinnamon,and paprika,stir for 1 minute then stir to combine with lamb.
2* Add the puree and stock and cook uncovered on a low heat for 30 minutes
Or until lamb is tender. Add the capsicum stripes ,zucchinis or beans and dried figs.
Cook for 10 minutes longer.
Remove cinnamon srick toss through almonds to serve
