Grilled fresh Tuna Teriyaki

An incredibly quick and easy dish to whip out at summer barbecues to impress your guests.


  • 2 x 200g-250g fresh steaks tuna

  • 1/4 soy sauce

  • 1 tablesppon honey

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger

  • 2 tablespoons oil


  • 1.

    Combine all the ingredients together except the fish.

  • 2.

    Poor marinade over tuna and marinate for a good 1/2 hour placed in the fridge - covered, of course.

  • 3.

    If you decide to grill, try to grill 4 to 6 inches away from the direct heat source. As it is cooking, brush with marinade and cook for approximately 4 minutes either side. Can be slightly under cooked just a little in the middle if you like.


Enjoy with a nice garden salad.
