Cut sheet of puff pastry into 4 square pieces and sprinkle top with sugar, place on lightly oiled tray and bake in an oven on 180 degrees until golden brown, when cooked remove from oven and slice the well puffed square in half, you have to move quickly before the sheets cool, sprinkle grated choclate on bottom half of the sheets and put a thin layer of icecream on top of the chocolate, then place the top half of the puff pastry square on top, and serve.
to make it special, use a cookie cutter to make shapes out of the puff pastry in relation to the holiday occasion (christmas tree, heart etc) or
fill it with custard or lollies or whatever takes your fancy
