Its a simple chocolate and esay to make dessert. I actually thought up this recipe one day when I had my girlfriends over for lunch. I intended to make pavlova and then realised that I had left the pav at the supermarket! Oh no what was I going to serve. It just so happened I had been to the chocolate factory a couple of days prior and already had cream for the pavlova so I decided to whip up this delicious dessert. The girls loved it and were a bit jealous to as I whipped something up at last minute that tasted so good.
Whip cream to thick peaks and melt chocolate. Once chocolate has cooled slightly, fold through the cream and divide mixture evenly in to 6 dessert cups, then place in the fridge for half an hour to set. Meanwhile cut up some strawberries to garnish and serve.
Instead of strawberries you can be really endulgent and add a dollop of cream instead and a sprinkle of chocolate.
