Boil eggs to your liking. Peel. Lightly fry in butter until outer is crispy. Roll in Dukkah. Enjoy for breakfast with lebanese bread and Labna.
Boil eggs in pot of water until cooked to your liking (soft or hard boiled). Rinse under cold water to enable you to peel them.
Spread Dukkah on a flat plate
Add butter to pan and allow butter to melt and brown slightly in order to achieve a nutty flavour. Add peeled eggs to pan and gently saute until outer flesh of egg becomes lightly coloured and crispy about 1 minute.
Roll eggs in the Dukkah and enjoy with a plate of labna and Lebanese bread.
