My take on the classic self saucing pudding - it's always a winner!
Set oven to 180oC
Sift flour, baking powder and choc
Cream butter & sugar then add the egg
Stir in flour mix and milk alternatively, and then pour into dish
Mix the dry sauce ingredients and sprinkle over cake mix then gently pour in boiling water
Bake for 40 – 45 mins or until springy and lightly golden
Serve with ice cream and cream or custard, this recipe is the best on a cold wintery night!
