crumbed chicken fillets baked in oven

  • 4 chicken breast fillets, small tub of greek yoghurt,packaged breadcrumbs or make your own from stale bread, 250grams parmesan cheese grated

Method

  • 1.

    Coat fillets with greek yoghurt and then roll in season breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese Bake in oven preheated to 180c for 30 mins.
