cheesy, delictable entre...good for an appetiser at B.B.Q's

Ingredients

  • 150g jar of Kraft Chedda Cheese Spread

  • 1/4 onion, diced

  • 80g Bacon, diced

  • 6 slices of White Cafe bread

Method

  • 1.

    Pre-heat oven to 180C. Grease a mini muffin tray.

  • 2.

    Empty of Chedda Cheese Spread into microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30secs.

  • 3.

    Add diced bacon and onion to cheese, and stir together.

  • 4.

    Cut crusts of bread and cut into 4 quarters. Place bread quarters individually in mini muffin tray.

  • 5.

    Using 2 teaspoons scoop mixture evenly among the bread quarters.

  • 6.

    Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, till bread goes crusty.

  • 7.

    Serve up and enjoy!!!

Alternatively you can use 10 slices of regular 680g bread with crust cut off in a regular muffin tray and this mix will make about 10 larger chedda cups. Great for a lunch time snack!
