Basically a well marinaded beautiful cut of meat


  • 1 Can of Diced tomatoes

  • 2 Small green chilli's diced

  • 1/3 Cup of Bourbon

  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Wprcestershire

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

  • 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1.5 kg pork tenderloins

    Easy Easy Easy!!!!!

  • 2.

    Combine all ingredients into large plastic ziplock bag and mix well.

  • 3.

    Place pork into bag and coat well.

  • 4.

    Place in fridge for 8 hours to marinate, turning occassionally.

  • 5.

    Cook meat under grill or bbq for 7-9 minutes on each side ( depending on individuals taste )

  • 6.

    Heat marinade from plastic bag and boil for 1 minute and use for a sauce for pork.
