Mix flour, grated cheese, carrots, zucchini in a large bowl
Cook the sliced leek in a microwave between 2 sheets of paper towel for 3 minutes.
Add to bowl.
Mix eggs, oil and mustard in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and the cook as patties on the BBQ
