Turkey Meat Loaf

Simple to make, all ingredients in together

Ingredients

  • 500 grms Turkey Mince

  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)

  • 1 Cup grated Carrot

  • 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs

  • 1 large Onion Finely Diced

  • 1 Egg

  • 4 Rashes of Streaky Bacon

Method

  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients except the Bacon together and then shape onto a loaf.

  • 2.

    Place bacon on a sheet of baking paper or glad wrap and place loaf in the middle and wrap the bacon arond the loaf.

  • 3.

    Bake in a 180C oven for Approx 30-40 minutes, or until cooked thru.

  • 4.

    May be served Hot with vegetables or cold for a picnic or luncheon.

Notes

If cooked too long the loaf may dry out.
