These are the best BBQ ribs. Tender and very tasty.
1.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2.
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl, including the garlic.
3.
Center the ribs in a single layer on a sheet of aluminum foil.
4.
Rub dry ingredients all over the ribs.
5.
Bring up foil sides and double fold top and end to seal the packet. Pour the water into the open end and then double fold the end.
6.
There needs to be enough room for the air to circulate around the ribs. The foil cannot be broken or the steam will escape.
7.
Bake in oven for about 50 mins.
8.
Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
9.
Bake for another 10 - 15 mins basting every 5 mins.
10.
Nice served with a green salad or what every you like really.
