These are the best BBQ ribs. Tender and very tasty.

  • 1 -2kg Baby back pork ribs. This is enough ingredients for 1 or 2 big racks.

  • 1 Tbsp of packed brown sugar.

  • 1 Tbps of paprika

  • 2 big cloves of sliced garlic.

  • 1 1/2 Tsps of white pepper.

  • 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce.

  • 1/2 cup of water.

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  • 2.

Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl, including the garlic.

  • 3.

Center the ribs in a single layer on a sheet of aluminum foil.

  • 4.

Rub dry ingredients all over the ribs.

  • 5.

Bring up foil sides and double fold top and end to seal the packet. Pour the water into the open end and then double fold the end.

  • 6.

There needs to be enough room for the air to circulate around the ribs. The foil cannot be broken or the steam will escape.

  • 7.

Bake in oven for about 50 mins.

  • 8.

Remove the foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.

  • 9.

Bake for another 10 - 15 mins basting every 5 mins.

  • 10.

Nice served with a green salad or what every you like really.
