Salmon and Fetta Tasty Pastry

Puff pastry filled with Salmon and Fetta. Its easy to prepare and makes a great tasting brunch/lunch/dinner.


  • Smoked Salmon 250g

  • Low Fat Fetta 200g

  • Low Fat Tasty Cheese 50g

  • Red Onion - small

  • Capers - 2 teaspoons

  • Reduced Fat Puff Pastry - 2 sheets


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  • 2.

    Place baking paper onto oven tray and take 1 x puff pastry sheet and cut it in half lengthways and position this onto tray as two bases.

  • 3.

    Take smoked salmon slithers and place onto the bases - spread evenly.

  • 4.

    Crumble fetta onto the salmon.

  • 5.

    Thinly slice the red onion and place on top of fetta and salmon.

  • 6.

    Evenly spread capers onto the two bases

  • 7.

    Grate the tasty cheese and cover the contents.

  • 8.

    Take the remaining puff pastry sheet and cut it in half lengthways to form the top of each pastry.

  • 9.

    Bake in oven until golden brown approximately 20-25mins

  • 10.

    Can be served hot and/or cold
