Chocolate and Violet Crumble Non baked Cheesecake


  • 125g plain chocolate biscuits, crushed

  • 60g butter, melted

  • 250g cream cheese

  • ¾ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 teaspoons gelatine

  • ¼ cup water

  • 60g PLAISTOWE Cooking Chocolate, melted

  • 1 Violet Crumble, chopped

    Combine biscuits and butter

  • 3.

    Press over base of 20cm spring form pan

  • 4.

    Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth

  • 7.

    Beat in cream and vanilla

  • 8.

    Sprinkle gelatine over water, dissolve over hot water, cool

  • 9.

    Beat gelatine into cheese mixture

  • 10.

    Divide cheese mixture in half

  • 11.

    Spoon one half over biscuit base, refrigerate until set

  • 12.

    Melt chocolate over hot water

  • 13.

    Add chocolate and Violet Crumble to other half

  • 14.

    Spoon over first half

  • 15.

    Refrigerate until set
