Great dish that the whole family loves and a good way to get the kids to eat their vegetables.


  • four heads of brocolli

  • 500g chicken breast (more if you want more chicken in it!)

  • 2 cans of Campbells cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup of Praise, full egg mayonaise (or similar brand)

  • half a cup of breadcrumbs

  • half a cup of grated cheese to top


  • 1.

    Boil chicken breasts

  • 2.

    Cut brocolli into florets and steam until just tender

  • 3.

    Mix the two cans of chicken soup and 1 cup of real mayonaise in a mixing bowl.

  • 4.

    Once boiled, break the chicken up into peices and place in a baking dish

  • 5.

    Add the steamed brocolli florets to the same baking dish.

  • 6.

    Pour over the soup and mayo mixture

  • 7.

    Fold all ingredients in together.

  • 8.

    Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the dish.

  • 9.

    Add the grated cheese to top it off

  • 10.

    Place in the oven at 180 degrees until the dish has heated through and the breadcrumbs have browned and cheese has melted.


Serve Chicken Brocolli with rice.
Very easy and tasty dish. It is also nice to add mushrooms and replace one of the Campbells Cream of Chicken soups with Campbells Cream of Chicken and Mushroom, if you feel like a mushroom flavour.
Recipe does not work with any other brand of chicken soup. Only tastes good with the Campbells soup.
