Stupidly easy, Mouth watering but with attitude rocky road.... the secrets in the brand of ingredients you use.


  • 3 Bags 300gm Pascall Marshmellos

  • 2 Bags 200 gm Allans Rasberrys

  • 1 Bag 200gm Unsalted Cashews - any brand

  • 4 x 600gm Blocks Cadbury's Chocolate - Block style

  • Qty depends on consistancy

  • If you like a light rocky road try using more mashmellows

  • If you like heavy rocky road use less


  • 1.

    Place all of the dry ingredients into a big bowl, Marshmellows, rasberries and cashews (do not cut them up leave the ingredients whole.... then in a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the 4 blocks of chocolate.

  • 2.

    Get some aluminum trays (disposable) lay them out.... then pour melted chocolate over the ingredients and mix well. then place contents into the aluminum trays then place in the fridge for 1 hour.

  • 3.

    Take out of the aluminum trays and cut up into nibble size pieces... not to small.
