Roasted potatoes, pumpkin and carrots as ytou have never had them before but now always will!


  • Potatoes

  • Pumpkin

  • Carrots

  • Olive Oil

  • Garlic

  • Lemon squeeze or juice

  • fresh diried oregano

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  • 1.

    Cut vegetables in small squares.

  • 2.

    Place on a baking tray.

  • 3.

    Drizzle crushed garlic all over.

  • 4.

    Salt and pepper all over

  • 5.

    Oregano all over

  • 6.

    Lemon squeeze all over

  • 7.

    Olive oil all over

  • 8.

    Bake in oven at 200 degres until golden brown, not forgetting to turn the vegies often.

  • 9.

    Your vegies will come out crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and have a beautiful sweet yet slightly spicy taste. Guaranteed to have you make these oever and over again.
