Mushrooms wrapped in puff pastry
Finely chop small onion and garlic and then lightly fry in butter.
Add thinly sliced mushrooms cook until tender.
Add cream and mustard to taste and simmer until thick and creamy.
Take a sheet of puff pastry put a spoon full of mushroom mix on the corner of the pastry cover with the pastry to make a parcel. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown. serve with Salad or vegetables. Add bacon to the mushroom mix for a differnt flavour.
