Easy and Simple


  • 1kg Mixed Dried Fruit

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee

  • 150g Block Fruit and Nut Chocolate

  • 2 Cups Self Raising Flour


  • 1.

    Make 2 cups of coffee with boiling water and add to fruit, soak overnight. Eoughly chop chocolate and add to the mixture. Add flour. Mix well. Bake in lined cake tin on 125C for about 2/12 hours or until cooked through.
