Lolly Cake

For the sweet tooth!! Quick and easy to make.


  • 125g Butter

  • .5 cup Condensed Milk

  • 180g Banana Lollies

  • 1 packet Malt Biscuits

  • Coconut


  • 1.

    Line a square cake tin with baking paper.

  • 2.

    Melt butter and condensed milk is a saucepan over a low heat. Allow to cool. Cut each banana lolly into 4 pieces.

  • 3.

    Crush the malt biscuits into crumbs.

  • 4.

    Combine all ingredients, mix well.

  • 5.

    Press mixture firmly into cake tin and sprinkle with coconut.

  • 6.

    Place in the fridge to firm.

  • 7.

    Remove from fridge 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
