Banana Cake

Simple moist banana cake


  • 125gm margarine

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon bicard (mixed with 2 tablespoon milk)

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed

  • 1.5 cups S.R flour


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180 and greese cake tin

  • 2.

    Cream butter and sugar

  • 3.

    Add eggs and mix

  • 4.

    Add banana, milk and flour and stir with a wooden spoon.

  • 5.

    Pour into cake tin

  • 6.

    Bake at 180 degrees for 30 mins or until cooked through


You can use whatever shape cake tin you like. This recipe can be used for muffins or mini muffins as well
