This is a great, delicious easy recipe that can be made quickly and cooks fast in the oven. Dinner in no time.


  • 1 Kg Chicken peices (thighs are good or breast)

  • 1/2 cup yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons good tandoori paste


  • 1.

    Heat oven to 180 degrees

  • 2.

    Mix all of the above together in an oven proof dish

  • 3.

    Place in oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked through

  • 4.

    Serve with yoghurt mixed with mint and chopped cucumber and tomato

  • 5.

    Also some store bought indian breads or rice

  • 6.
