I love lamb and cherries i wanted to use the two but not neccesaryily together
i think for a summer idea its great tobeable to combine them both
Heat oil in large frypan on high add chops cook 2-3 minutes each side untill browned remove. boil potatoes till just firm
Put a saucepan of water on to boil for broccoli . mix cornflour into pan juices slowly pour in vinegar, stock, and reserved cherry liquid,stiring constantly stir over low heat until sauce boils and thickens return lamb chops simmer covered for 5 minutes season to taste
Melt butter in small saucepan add onion saute 1-2 minutes add potatoes shake through add broccoli to boiling water cook for 3-4 minutes
Add cherries to lamb chops allow to heat through
Serve lamb chops with cherry sauce broccoli and new potatoes sprinkle chives or parsley over potatoes.
