Experimenting with what I had in my cupboard, maple syrup was the first thing I came across.
So I poured on the syrup and the family loved it.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then add the pork ribs.
Stir well, cover and leave overnight in the fridge.
BBQ on a medium heat for about 25 minutes.
