Beautiful crunchy, nutty, chocolate treat...YUM!


  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 50g melted butter or margerine

  • 2 cups of coco pops

  • pkt of nestle melts...your choice - milk, white or dark


  • 1.

    Add peanut butter, icing sugar and melted butter to mixing bowl, mix together.

  • 2.

    Stir in coco pops to mixture.

  • 3.

    Get a 1 teaspoon full at a time and roll into balls in the palms of your hands, and place on a tray, till the mixture is gone.

  • 4.

    Refridgerate till set (approx 1 hour).

  • 5.

    Melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave.

  • 6.

    Using 2 forks pick up a ball and roll in the melted chocolate and place on a tray, repeat with all balls and refrigerate till set.

  • 7.

    Then enjoy!!
