A beaut hot or cold soup for either winter or summer! Yummy!
Roughly diced zucchinis, onions and celery into chunks.
Boil until tender in large pot on stove, approx. 15 mins; drain.
Put through blender and pour into containers with fitted lids, but cool before sealing. Refrigerate.
When pouring into one's bowl, add a little milk or cream about a quarter of a cup and stir. Can either eat hot or cold.
