Noodle Omlette

Quick, easy, kid friendly

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 x packet of 2 minute noodles (flavour of your choice)

Method

  • 1.

    Prepare 2 minute noodles without using the flavour sachet (flavour sachet will be used later).

  • 2.

    Add eggs in a bowl and beat until light and frothy.

  • 3.

    Add prepared noodles and mix to combine.

  • 4.

    Pour mixture into a non-stick frying pan and sprinkle flavour sachet over the top.

  • 5.

    Cook until the bottom of omlette is a light golden colour.

  • 6.

    Flip omlette over (see tip).

  • 7.

    Cook until all of the egg is set.

Notes

Tip: Using a dinner size plate, place over the omlette in the frying pan. Lift frying pan up and keeping one hand on the plate turn the frying pan upside down. Slide the omlette back into the frying pan to cook the other side.
