• 1.5 cups of self raising flour

  • 1 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence

  • 1 cup of softend margerine

    Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until all combined.

  • 2.

    Then, roll into balls about the size of a walnut, spray a biscuit tray with non-stick cooking spray, and place ready rolled balls onto the trays.

  • 3.

    Flatten with a fork, and then cook in a preheated oven on 200° for aproximately 15 minutes.
