You need two passionfruits to get the amount of pulp required for this recipe.


  • 8 nectarines, halved, stone removed

  • 0.25 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbs orange jusice

  • 1x cup of yoghurt

  • 2 tbs icing sugar

  • 2x tablespoons passionfruit pulp


  • 1.

    Preheat grill.

  • 2.

    Place nectarines, cut side up, on oven tray; sprinkle with brown sugar and juice and grill until lightly browned.

  • 3.

    Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and sifted icing sugar in medium bowl; swirl in pulp.


Serve with a few chopped strawberries.
