• 4 avocados

  • 3 medium tomatoes

  • 1/2 bunch shallots

  • 1 tub sour cream

  • 1/2 pkt taco seasoning

  • Handful of grated cheese


  • 1.

    Mash avocado’s until a smooth paste

  • 2.

    Spread avocado on the bottom on a shallow dish

  • 3.

    Chop shallots and dice tomatoes mix together and drain off excess liquid. Layer the tomato & shallots onto of the avocado base

  • 4.

    Mix the taco seasoning and sour cream together and layer on top.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle grated cheese in top of sour cream and refrigerate for 1 hour


Serve with corn chips
