A Salmon pie that my son loves and is easy to cook at the last minute. Preparation time is only about 30min. Creamy Salmon Pie is real dinky di comfort food.


  • 2 Australian Salmon Fillets

  • 6 Potato's

  • 1 Sprinkle of Pepper

  • 100 ml Low Fat Cream

  • 1 Tablespoon of Nuttlex

  • 1 Pkt of Fish Chowder

  • 1 Handfull of grated Cheese


  • 1.

    Cut fillets of Australian Salmon into small peices and place into a greased deep set baking dish.

  • 2.

    Steam sliced potato and Bamix with cream, pepper, Nuttlex and mixed Fish Chowder.

  • 3.

    Place mashed potato on top of Salmon and then top with grated Weight Watchers cheese.

  • 4.

    Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180c. Or until cheese is slightly brown. Serves4


You could add more fillets depending on how many people you are serving.
Or make more than one dish at a time and freeze to eat on another night.
