Sweet tasty pumpkin Soup
Remove seeds and skin from pumpkin
Cut pumpkin in smaller pieces
Boil pumpkin with enough water to cover the pumpkin in pot until soft
When soft let the pumpkin cool down.
Blend the cooled pumpkin
Boil the blended pumpkin again.
When it starts to boil again, add brown sugar according to taste
Add the pinch of salt
Cool the pumpkin again
When warm / cool down, add rice powder into the pumpkin
Mix the rice powder and pumpkin together (well)
On medium heat, simmer the pumpkin
Ready for eating
