A dish that's easily prepared and tastes great too!


  • 1 BBQ chicken shredded

  • 1 can of mushroom soup

  • 1 small carton of light sour cream

  • 8 medium voluvent cases

  • 200g of sliced button mushrooms

  • Grated tasty cheese


  • 1.

    Shred BBQ chicken

  • 2.

    Mix together can of mushroom and sour cream & heat in microwave for 2 minutes

  • 3.

    Add sliced button mushrooms and stir through again reheating in microwave for two minutes

  • 4.

    Add chicken, stir through and heat in microwave for 1 minute

  • 5.

    Divide mixture between voluvent cases and top with grated cheese

  • 6.

    Place voluvent cases on tray lined with grease proof paper

  • 7.

    Bake in oven 180C for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and cooked through


This is the perfect quick and easy meal for after work, serve with a garden salad and the whole family will enjoy!
