lightly browned Puff pastry served with an Orange syrup.


  • 30g Butter

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • Thin strips of orange rind

  • Cinnamon Sticks

  • Orange Segments

  • Puff pastry

  • Ice cream (optional)


  • 1.

    Cut pastry into triangles and cook in oven until lightly browned

  • 2.

    Melt Butter with brown sugar, orange rind and Cinnamon Sticks. Remove from heat and add orange segments.

  • 3.

    Serve Syrup over pastry and ice cream if desired.
