Egg & Bacon Pie

Quick and easy dish to make, with basic ingredients.


  • 2 Sheets of ready rolled Puff pastry

  • 5 Eggs beaten

  • 4 Rashons of bacon chopped

  • Pepper & Salt


  • 1.

    Heat oven at 180 degrees, then grease pie dish.

  • 2.

    Place 1 pastry sheet on the pie dish.

  • 3.

    Chop bacon and lightly cook

  • 4.

    Beat eggs and pour into pie dish

  • 5.

    Place bacon pieces into the egg in pie dish

  • 6.

    Season with pepper and salt

  • 7.

    Place 2nd sheet of pastry over the top and pinch the edges of the bottom pastry with the top pastry with a folk.

  • 8.

    Glaze the top of the pastry with egg to brown top

  • 9.

    Place in oven for about 30 - 40 mins or until pie is brown.


You can also add onion or cheese for a different flavour
