CREAM CHEESE AND CHiVES ROLLED UP iN CHiCKEN THiGH FiLLETS, COOKED iN A CREAMY WiNE SAUCE.. TOTALLY DECADENT AND DELiCiOUS.

Ingredients

  • 750 g CHiCKEN THiGH FiLLETS

  • 1 PACKET CREAM CHEESE AND CHiVES

  • 2 CLOVES GARLiC (CRUSHED)

  • 500 ml CREAM

  • 1/4 CUP WHiTE WiNE

  • 1/2 BUNCH SHALLOTS (SLiCED)

Method

  • 1.

    FLATTEN THiGH FILLETS OUT FLAT.

  • 2.

    EVENLY SPREAD A LAYER OF CREAM CHEESE WITH CHiVES OVER THE THiGH FiLLET.

  • 3.

    ROLL UP AND TIE WiTH KiTCHEN STRiNG.

  • 4.

    LiGHTLY BROWN ALL OVER AND TRANSFER TO AN OVEN DISH.

  • 5.

    PUT WINE iNTO PAN AND SCRAPE THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN. ADD SHALLOTS, COOK FOR 2 MiNUTES.

  • 6.

    ADD CREAM AND SiMMER FOR 3-4 MiNUTES.

  • 7.

    POUR CREAM OVER CHiCKEN AND COOK iN OVEN FOR 30 - 40 MiNUTES UNTIL CHiCKEN iS COOKED AND SAUCE iS SLiGHTLY REDUCED.

  • 8.

    SERVE AND yUMMO!!!!!
