My mum's recipe she got from a chef at her work.Yummy ++. Keeps fresh for couple of days.
Chop and puree the whole orange in a food processor.
Add the butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 18cm cake pan.
Bake in a moderate oven for approx 50 minutes.
TIP ** Boil orange for 5 minutes in water to accentuate flavor.
