Try this meat-free version of the classic Caesar Salad prepared with a vegetarian patty instead of chicken.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix the grated parmesan, crushed garlic and olive oil. Cut the bread/roll into large chunks (bitesize). Pour the oil mixture over the bread and toss to coat evenly. Spread out on a baking tray, lined with baking paper, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
Fry burger patty until golden brown on all sides and drain on absorbent paper.
On a plate, arrange lettuce, egg, shaved parmesan and diced burger patty. Sprinkle over cooled bread pieces and Caesar dressing. Toss to mix and serve.
